At SERWIZ we prepare food from scratch, inspired by the best from around the world.
Sustainability is our guiding principle, and we are committed to limiting food waste. We serve only Danish, welfare-labeled chicken and fish from sustainable populations, caught in a nature-friendly way according to the WWF’s fishing guide.
We always focus on healthy and varied lunch dishes with a focus on taste and quality. We approach cooking with creativity and all ingredients are treated with respect before, during, and after serving.
